We closed on our new house recently, and we are so thankful to have been able to work with Brooke Thedford and Terry Thedford with Thedford Group! These two absolutely are the most genuine, good-hearted people you will ever meet in this business. They were extremely knowledgeable of the market and area which made buying a house from across the state (sight unseen) so much easier. We trusted them completely, and they absolutely came through. Buying a house is personal, and that’s exactly what they made it. THANK YOU for making this experience easy, and finding us exactly what we wanted! 

We moved to the Pearland area from Arlington and Brooke was wonderful. Her communication was wonderful and she even went by the property we were interested in and sent me some videos. Everything was done electronically and was super easy! I'll definitely use them again if the need arises!

We recently were looking for a home to lease in the Pearland area. We had a few requests and Brooke accommodated every one. Brooke was EXTREMELY responsive and an overall pleasure to work with and is continuing to follow up with us to ensure our landlord is getting our punch list taken care of.
